Lincoln Park gets its name from the 1,200 square foot park that is encompassed in the area. This neighborhood is a north side residential oasis for all Chicagoans with plentiful greenery bordering the lakefront. The outdoor space in this community is the focal point for many residents. There is a year round free zoo, family friendly playgrounds, a lively garden leading up to a conservatory which is full of butterflies and exotic plants, and the running path that runs along the lake with stunning views of the cityscape. This neighborhood is surrounded by Lakeview to the north, Lake Michigan to the east, Old Town and the Gold coast to the south and Buck Town to the West.
