As VP of Operations, Michelle oversees day-to-day operations to support the growth and add to the bottom line of JH Group. She focuses on strategic planning and goal-setting, marketing, and direct the operations of the team in support of its goals. Michelle graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Marketing. Michelle utilizes her interpersonal and analytical skills to further enhance her knowledge in the real estate industry. She is transforming our client relationships with new technology and implementing social media within. Michelle is fluent in English and Polish. She resides in downtown Chicago, River North, and loves to explore the city - Finding the best restaurants, hot yoga sculpt/pilates studios, and pickleball courts.
Lynne McDonough

Lynne McDonough is a development specialist with a legal background who has over two decades of experience in Development, supporting a variety of non-profit organizations spanning the arts, healthcare and private clubs. She lends her expertise to non-profit organizations in the areas of strategic planning, project management, best practice identification and consensus and team building. Lynne joins JH Group, at Jameson Sotheby’s Realty, serving as a licensed broker bringing her passion for real estate. Over the course of her career, Lynne has supported $18M in home sales. She brings a unique and personal approach to home buying and supports friends, family and clients through life stages – including moves to more spacious homes or downsizing due to life’s inevitable changes. In addition, she is a visionary when it comes to decor, design and renovation.
Lynne has served in various board leadership roles supporting the Chicago Philharmonic, Abbott Northwestern Hospital (MN), Woodhill Country Club (MN) and Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club (MA).
Lynne attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she earned a BA and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center. Lynne and her husband Paul reside in Chicago and love spending time with their four boys, some of whom are now adults.

Andrea Yurko is a globe-trotting realtor specializing in Brickell & Miami Beach luxury condominiums. A native of Florida, she was raised between Tampa, New York and Chicago. Prior to entering Real Estate, Andrea travelled around the world as a professional model, networking with people from many different backgrounds, a trait she now uses to interact with her clients in an effort to showcase the best of what Miami has to offer.
A perfect deal to her would be one that would remain as a permanent fixture in the city of Miami. Ideally one that would define the Miami skyline. Andrea’s clients appreciate how responsive and available she makes herself. “They value that I am patient, hardworking, and outgoing when finding the perfect property.”

A graduate of Northwestern University and former elementary school teacher. Joan joined the real estate industry in 1974. Having lived in Chicago and the northern suburbs, Joan is most familiar with the many neighborhoods that are desirable for her client’s needs.
Joan’s memberships in the President’s Club and Women’s Council of Realtors as well as being the recipient of numerous sales awards indicate her active involvement in the real estate profession. She is also active in many charitable organizations and local groups further enhancing her presence in the community. In addition, her past experience in the field of education has given Joan a people – skills background which has proven invaluable.
Laura Mitchell

Laura is a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate lending business. She joins JH Group as a broker associate focused on client relationships in the Chicago marketplace. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Laura received a degree in Economics from The University of Texas with minors in Business, History and Chinese.
She previously worked as a legal assistant at a boutique corporate law firm and a real estate professional at a global hedge fund. Most recently, Laura served as Vice President of Operations at a Chicago based real estate firm focusing on commercial real estate loans and joint venture equity placements.
Laura resides in River North with her pet dachshund and enjoys cooking, pilates and various philanthropic pursuits including supporting several animal rescue organizations and The Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
